We
know that there are still inequalities in our society, some
have much and others have nothing. This project is directed
towards both types of people.
Many
of the less fortunate want to improve and move forward, but
they were born into a social environment and family which
imparted bad habits, and because they don´t know any
different, they live socially marginalized, that is to say
at the edge of the biggest opportunities which our society
offers for prosperity and forward movement in life.

In
the same way many of the most disadvantaged and those who have
been able to integrate themselves into the rhythm of the modern
society, in spite of being immersed in their own daily circumstances
which stop them from doing any favours for those around them,
if they are sensitive to the social need, they want to help but
do not know how to go about it effectively.

This
area exists to serve and help each member of society, as much
for those who need help as for those who have a desire to help.
We
help the less fortunate thorugh giving them food, offering them
love, motivating them to change, giving them effective help which
serves to help them secure a job. We lok for people who suffer
from needs, who are honestly prepared to fight to get rid of their
bad habits and form new, good ones, that in this way they may
be able to confront the challenge of living with purpose in our
society.
The person who needs help thus enters into a permanant change
of conduct, by means of which they reach a place where they value
themselves with purpose, without becoming a prepetual "addict"
of social programs.

For
the more fortunate we give help in assisting them to channel their
efforts, resources and help for the good of those in need, understanding
that society is looking for honorable, capable, efficient and
transparent organisations which carry out work that makes use
of the strengths of the society in order to benefit the weak in
an effective manner. |

The
aims of the "Integration into employment of the socially
marginalized” program are:

To
contribute to the development of personal maturity in all
of its facets (habits, personal independance, values, socialisation,
social abilities, etc...)
-
To
provide all of the information about the different social
and employment resources available in our society, applying
them to their needs.

give employment orientation to those in the process of integration.

To
develop the feeling of coexistance and participation.

To
give practical strategies to those who are in the process
of changing their habits and values.
-
To
obtain stable employment for the program participants thus
preventing delincuancy and illegal activities.

Creche
Service

In
order to achieve the said objectives of the program we have
five main aims:

To
encourage them to change by means of seminars on virtues.
-
Informative
snacktimes where the concepts taught in the seminars are
reenforced.

Specialised
help in the one on one consultancy sessions.
-
Search
for job opportunities and persuit of employment
-
Help
to parents who attend the program by means of a creche
service.
