At the end of June, we had our cycle of conferences
on values. For the first time in the project, we had the presence
of some of the parents of the children, who, due to the cultural
context of “religion”, is surprising that they showed
up and were willing to be taught.
We focused on “Love to society”.
Had our attending kids separated by age groups: 3-6 years, 7-9
years and 10 years and higher. Adults were seated at another classroom.
All of them received a talk and have a handicraft to reinforce
the learning.
Also we had the opportunity to hand out clothes
to 47 kids and 27 adults, this being our 1st Clothes Handout of
the year.
