Milk and school supplies handed out to children in San Juan de los Jarros Atlacomulco, Mexico

For this occasion, CVC Atlacomulco team was surprised by the initiative of the attendants to the project, when they offered a meal in gratitude for the service for the past three years and a half. Each lady of the community of San Juan de los Jarros made a typical meal such as: green and red mole, turkey, chicken, “mole de olla”, flavor water, sweet corns and tortillas. With joy and appreciation we shared the meal that they so kindly offered us. The attendants to the project were very satisfied to be able to serve us.

At the end of the meal, we handed out 15 packages of school supplies to kids attending school who can’t buy all the supplies they need. We also handed out 73 bags of powdered milk to families with kids under 6 years old, in order to fight children malnutrition in this community. The school supplies and powdered milk bags were provided by our brothers in CVC Xola, who are always looking after our community needs and are willing to collaborate with us and provide for them.
