• Make socio-cultural integration a reality for those groups who do not enjoy certain social and cultural opportunities due to their situation and environment.
• Give them options and alternative ways of life which are different to those lifestyles in which they are immersed, preventing a lack of motivation, marginalisation against certain resources and social opportunites, delincuency, drug consumption, etc.
• Promote and develop the different musical potentials and abilities which they have, by means of the musical activities of the program.
• Provide access to the different musical resources and opportunities.
