de Vida Cristiana is also interested in the women who form
part of the congregation.
In
the area of women’s work, we aim to: care for them,
help them to find biblical answers to their problems, heal
them from the scars of the past and get rid of any bad habits
they may have acquired during their lifetime. At the same
time we want to equip them to care for their families, helping
and loving their husbands and children, as that is their
first responsibility and after that to involve them in the
ministry of helping others without neglecting their own
home.
It
is for this reason that we hold special meetings to help
the women meet these set targets. These meetings are based
on an existing program which is adapted to suit the needs
of those taking part. In this way, the women learn to be
suitable helpers, serving in the way described in Proverbs
31:10-31
